Residos Installers for Other Firmware Locations

I've put together some installers that allows Residos to be installed from a Firmware located at either Slot 28 (FATWare location if Firmware Selector is installed) or Slot 30 (ESXDOS).

The original installer crashed for me as it tried to revert back to slot 0 during install.

I don't know how nicely Residos shares the 512k RAM with other firmwares, it sees it all and may well overwrite other data, especially if you use Taskman.
